에니어그램과 4차 산업혁명 - 4차 산업혁명 시대에 요구되는 인재상으로서의 에니어그램 시스템의 지향과 역할 -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 요구되는 인재상과 그러한 시대의 요구에 발맞춰 인간에 대한 건강한 측면의 발달을 도와주는 에니어그램 시스템의 지향과 그에 따른 역할을 탐색하고자 하였 다. 이를 위해 에니어그램의 인성론에 대하여 살펴보고 4차 산업혁명시대에 필요한 인재상에 대하여 알아보았다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 인간의 욕구는 능동적 사회 욕구인 자기표현 욕구를 너머 존중의 욕구와 자 기 실현의 단계에 돌입하였다. 또한 미래사회의 인간은 ‘로봇으로 대체 불가능한 보다 윤리적이고 보 다 자아 성찰적이고, 보다 집단 지성을 발휘하여 문제 해결력을 겸비한 감성적 지능을 가진 사람’이어 야 한다. 에니어그램 시스템은 성격의 발달수준을 아홉수준으로 나누고 최상의 가장 건강한 상태일 때를 자 기실현의 상태로 보고, 우리가 자아초월 및 보다 높은 상태의 의식 통합이 가능하다는 것을 알도록 도와준다. 이에 에니어그램은 우리가 지향하는 높은 수준의 발달수준을 돕는 지혜로운 시스템으로서 미래사회에 잘 적응하는 인재상을 양산하는데 필요한 여전히 중요한 도구이며, 인간을 돕는 유용한 도 구가 되기 위해 의식수준을 높이는 교육을 지속적으로 확산하는 역할을 해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to identify the human resources awards required in the wake of the 4th Industrial Revolution. In response to the demands of this era, the company sought to explore the direction and role of the Enneagram system that helped develop a healthy side of humans. To this end, we looked at the theory of the personality of enneagram and looked at the human resources awards needed during the 4th Industrial Revolution. In the 4th Industrial Revolution period, the human need for self-expression, an active social need, went beyond that of respect and self-realization. The human being in the future should also be 'a person with a more ethical, more reflective self, more collective intelligence that cannot be replaced by robots, and emotional intelligence that combines problem-solving skills.' The Enneagram system divides the level of character development into nine level. It helps us see the health of the best, the state of self-realization, and the integration of self-transcendence and higher-status. Enneagram is a wise system that helps us achieve the high level of development we are aiming for. It is still an important tool needed to create a talent pool that adapts well to the future society. In addition, Enneagram's role should continue to expand education to raise awareness to be a useful tool to help humans.
