대학생의 성격5요인이 스트레스대처방식에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생들이 삶을 살아가면서 매우 중요한 요소 중의 하나인 성격유형이 누구에게나 해 당되는 스트레스 대처방식을 선택하는데 미치는 영향력을 파악하는 것이다. 성격유형은 원만한 사회생 활을 하기위해 매우 중요하며, 이러한 성격유형을 파악하는 도구로 널리 알려진 것 중의 하나가 성격 5요인이다. 또한 스트레스는 사회생활을 하면서 누구나 받기 때문에 이를 대처하는 방식은 매우 중요 하다. 스트레스를 적절히 대처할 경우 긍정적인 효과가 있으며, 그렇지 못할 경우 정서적으로나 육체 적으로 부정적인 결과가 초래한다. 연구결과 성격5요인에 대한 차이분석결과 개방성, 호감성, 외향성 순으로 차이가 나타났다. 스트레 스대처방식에 대한 차이분석결과 사회적지지 추구 대처방식과 문제해결 중심적 대처방식 순으로 차이 가 나타났다. 학과별 성격5요인의 스트레스대처방식에 대한 영향력 분석결과 컴퓨터공학과 학생들에 게만 외향성, 개방성, 신경증 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 전반적으로 내 적인 성향을 추구하는 학과 특성에 따라 적극적 대처방식인 외향성과 개방성이 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 신경증의 경우 프로그램개발 같은 고도의 집중력과 관련하여 자신의 심경변화 가 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study identifies the impact of personality types, one of the most important factors in life, on choosing the right stress response method for everyone. Character types are very important for a well-rounded social life, and one of the most widely known tools for determining this personality type is personality 5 trait. It is also very important to deal with stress because everyone receives it in social life. Proper stress response has a positive effect, otherwise it can lead to negative emotional and physical consequence. The results of this study showed that differences in personality 5 trait were followed by openness, agreeableness, and extrovert. The analysis of differences in stress coping methods revealed differences in the following order: social support and problem-solving central response. Analysis of the influence of the five personality factors in each department on stress treatment shows that only students in computer engineering are affected by extraversion, openness, and neuropathy. Such results are believed to have a significant impact on extrovert and openness, which is an aggressive response method, depending on the academic characteristics of pursuing inner leanings. In the case of neuropathy, it is judged that changes in one's mind are affected in relation to high concentration, such as program development.
