한국 스포츠 장(場)에서 감정사회학의적용 가능성–민족주의를 중심으로 = The Out-Pouring Way of Emotion in Korean Sport Field

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study’s purpose was to describe the way of expressing feelings in Korean sport field with emotional sociological methods. As a result, It was revealed how to anger and trust, which are major categories of emotion, and nationalism inherent and formed traditionally and historically expressed in Sport Society of Korea. First, to support the teams and athletes are those that are due to feelings of trust, belief and assumption that is shared already through a social network. Sharing of feeling of trust, enhance the sense of belonging and affect to the unity of our actions. However, when trust is lost, feelings of anger is expressed. Next, Korean nationalistic which is the essence of Korean feelings and form the character. Equate fate and our destiny of the Republic of Korea national, it is exposed a strong desire to win. Nationalist feelings are expressed strongly in the game with Japan, at this time, ethnic sentiment was observed to be in the dominate place than any other reasonable determination process. Feelings as described above is required to be vigilant because it is possible that sports in combination with media clouds our judgment. This study looked at the fact that feelings of our own that acts as a variable in structure and collective sports field of Korea. But the emotions, being viewed as a parameter as a coping reaction is appropriate than being set to a variable. In terms of broaden range of sociological analysis and much more comprehensive sociological research, areas of research on the effects as a parameter is valuable to be taken from various points of view.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국의 스포츠 장(場)에서 우리 감정의 발현 방식을 감정 사회학적으로 설명하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 감정의 주요 범주 중 분노와 신뢰, 한국인의 민족주의 감정이 한국의 스포츠 사회에서 발현하는 방식을 살펴보았다. 먼저 스포츠 선수나 팀을 지지하고 응원하는 것은 ‘신뢰’에서 비롯하고, 이미 공유한 가정 및 신념이 사회적 네트워크를 통해 연결되면서 더욱 전염된다. ‘신뢰’의 공유는 우리 결속 행위와 귀속 의식에 영향을 미친다. 하지만 ‘신뢰’ 상실 시, ‘분노’의 감정이 표출된다. 다음으로 한국인이 공유한 ‘민족주의 감정’은 우리만의 본질적이고 태생적인 집단 성격을 형성했다. 대한민국 국가 대표의 운명을 우리의 운명과 동일시하고, 승리에 대한 강한 열망을 표출했다. ‘민족주의 감정’은 대(對) 일본과의 경기에서 강하게 표출되었으며, 이 때 그 감정이 어떤 합리적 과정의 판단보다 우위에 있는 것으로 관찰되었다. 위와 같은 감정이 가진 속성을 봤을 때, 자칫 미디어와 결합한 스포츠가 우리의 판단을 흐리게 만들 수 있음을 인지하고 경계하는 자세가 요구된다. 본 연구는 한국의 스포츠 장(場)에서 우리 고유의 감정이 집단이나 구조의 변수로 작용한다는 사실을 보았다. 이전보다 훨씬 더 포괄적이고 풍부한 사회학적 분석 범위가 열린다는 측면에서 이 매개변수로서의 감정이 미치는, 혹은 미치게 될 영향에 대한 연구 영역은 다양한 관점에서 다루어질만하다.
