물리치료학과 전공능력 진단도구 개발 및 타당도 연구 = Development and Validity of Majoring Competency Assessment Tool for the Department of Physical Therapy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study of the development for assessment tool for physical therapy majoring competency, and total of five items extracted: basic health care capability, physical therapy assessment capability, physical therapy intervention capability, advanced physical therapy capability, and clinical physical therapy capability. The assessment tool confirmed a total of 80 questions of the content validity, consensus, convergence, and stability through the first Delphi analysis, and 9 questions were deleted and 71 questions were derived. And the majoring competency assessment tool was re-verified through the second Delphi analysis. In order to verify the validity of the contents of the measurement items of the majoring competency assessment tool, the question application and clarity of statement were measured. For data analysis, mean, standard deviation, the content validity, consensus, convergence, and stability were calculated using Microsoft Excel 2010 and IBM SPSS Statistics 22, and the results were derived, and data were provided to Delphi members to secure content validity for correction and deletion. As a result of the study, it was judged that the content validity was secured in accordance with all criteria in the question application and clarity of statement, a majoring competency assessment tool. Therefore, through this study, it is thought that it will be helpful for competency management by securing the competency evaluation modeling of physiotherapy students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 물리치료학과 전공능력에 관한 진단도구의 개발을 위하여 문항을 보건 의료 기초역량, 물리치료 평가 역량, 물리치료 중재 역량, 물리치료 심화 역량, 물리치료 임상 역량으로 총 5개 역량으로 추출하였다. 진단도구는 1차 델파이 분석을 통하여 총 80문항의 내용타당도, 합의도, 수렴도, 안정도를 확인하였으며 이를 통하여 9문항이 삭제되고 71문항이 도출되었다. 그리고 2차 델파이 분석을 통하여 전공능력 진단도구를 재검증하였다. 전공능력 진단도구 측정항목에 대한 내용타당도를 검증하기 위하여 문항 적절성과 진술 명확성을 측정하였다. 자료분석은 Microsoft Excel 2010과 IBM SPSS Statistics 22를 활용하여 평균, 표준편차, 내용타당도, 긍정률, 합의도, 수렴도, 안정도를 산출하여 결과를 도출한 후 델파이 위원들에게 자료를 제공하여 수정 및 삭제된 내용에 대한 내용타당도를 확보하였다. 연구결과, 전공능력 진단도구 문항 적절성과 진술 명확성에서 모든 기준에 부합하여 내용타당도가 확보된 것으로 판단되었다. 그러므로 본 연구를 통하여 물리치료학과 학생들의 역량평가 모델링 확보하여 역량관리에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.
