16世紀 湖南 漢詩의 한 硏究 : 宋純·林億齡·高敬命·鄭澈을 中心으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 논문은 16세기 湖南地域에서 활동한 主要 文人의 漢詩에 대한 개별적 眺望과 이를 토대로 그들의 詩世界가 공유하는 바의 美的 特質을 해명하는 데에 목적을 두었다. 이 목적을 수행하기 위해 본고는 대표 문인으로 면앙 송순, 석천 임억령, 제봉 고경명, 송강 정철의 한시를 개별적으로 眺望하고, 이를 토대로 그들의 시세계가 공유하는 바 美的 特質과 그 의미를 해명하고자 하였다.
16세기 호남지역의 문인은 도학적 문학론을 기저에 두면서도 훨씬 다양하고 유연한 시적 개성과 상상력 및 감정의 자연성을 구현한 시인들이었다. 그러므로 그들의 시가 性情의 맑음과 원융한 조화를 일탈한 快樂主義 내지 唯美主義의 방향으로 흐르지는 않았다. 예컨대 그들의 시가 보여주는 방일한 흥취 또는 취락은 도학적 가치의 부정으로서가 아니라, 세속적 가치를 초탈한 처사의 삶 속에서 때때로 마주치는 인상 깊은 장면과 체험에 대한 심미적 몰입이라는 성격을 가지는 것이다.
열렬하고 감정적이며, 세계에 대해 절망하면서도 士林으로서의 자긍을 버리지 않고, 또 한편으로 세계의 다채로운 아름다움에 탐닉하는, 그들의 낭만적 시정신은 도학적 엄숙주의의 틀을 일정정도 벗어날 수밖에 없었다. 그리하여 그들은 단순하고 자연스러운 방식으로 자신의 감정을 적극 표현하고자 하였고, 어두운 현실에 물러서지 않고 스스로의 定位를 지키고자 하였다. 그 결과 그들의 문학적 성취는 그 시대가 열망하던 높은 단계의 문학적 성취에 도달할 수 있었으며, 하나의 새로운 미학적 전범을 창출하였던 것이다.
이런 관점에서 16세기는 문학적 지평이 다양성 속에 확장된 시기라고 말할 수 있다. 이는 도학적 사유의 高格의 형상화와 함께 遊藝的, 主情的 도학의 등장으로 도학문학의 일대 확장이 이루어졌음을 의미한다. 아울러 문학과 도학은 분업적으로 성장하면서도 유기적인 연계를 이루는 계기가 된 것이기도 하다.

A study for Honam Hansi(湖南 漢詩) in 16th century

This thesis is for clarifying a few aspects appearing in several Honam poets'' poem during the 16th century. Figures is a kind of a imaginative thing that a poet designed. This figure is a very important subject of Honam poets'' poem world, so that we are going to make it clear.
First, we thought about a displaying bravery and a romantic figure in their own poem world, and we found out a romantic figure always appeared in a imaginary space. The second is a adverse condition and a tragical figure, and we found out a tragical figure appeared in their own political condition of adversity. Finally we talked about a historical contradiction and a critical figure, and we found out a critical figure appeared in a historical subject of their poem world.
The purpose of this thesis is discussing a aspect of Honam poets'' poem world in 16th century with analyzing their chinese poetry.
First of all, I referred to their political and social background in 16th century of Chosun(朝鮮) With the basis of this background, I examined thoroughly typical themes of their chinese poetry. There are two typical themes in their chinese poetry. One is that they had a feud with wicked world. The other is that they prided themselves on their own noble character.
Finally, I discussed their own literary characters analyzing their chinese poetry. And I found that there are two literary characters. One is the freehearted literary character, and the other is the literary character of sorrow.
Now we have a some problem awaiting solution. We have to study out whole aspects of Ho-nam poets'' literture. This problem is needed to require further examination.
Now we have to clarify the whole poem world of Honam poets. In the end, I''m so sure that we will get a prospect of their literature.
