비행제어통합 기술 감항인증 기법 연구 = A Study on the Methodology for the Airworthiness Certification of Flight Control Integration Technology

국문 초록 (Abstract)

일반적인 FBW(Fly-By-Wire) 비행제어 시스템은 조종사 명령에 따라 비행 중 여러 외란 조건에도 비행체가 목적 기동을 달성 할 수 있도록 비행체를 조종하는 기능을 한다. 이 기능을 수행하기 위해서는 조종사 입력 신호 처리, 대기 정보 계산, 유압 작동기 관리, 제어 법칙 설계, 자체 진단 기능이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 관련된 구성 요소들의 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 통합하는 기술이 필요하다. 최근에 개발된 전투기는 비행체 통합제어 시스템(Vehicle Management System, VMS)이 적용됨에 따라 고 신뢰시스템 개발 및 통합된 시스템의 검증을 위하여 시스템 통합이 더 중요해진다.
본 연구에서는 비행제어통합 절차 및 고려 사항, 그리고 FA-50 감항 인증 사례를 통한 인증 기법을 분석하였다.

General FBW(Fly-By-Wire) FCS(Flight Control System) has an ability to control vehicle for expected maneuver according to pilot command under various disturbances on flight. To perform those function, FCS is required pilot input signal management, air data calculation, actuator management, control claw design, built-in-test as well as integration technologies for related software and hardware components.
For the latest fighters, adapting VMS(Vehicle Management System), the system integration becomes more and more important to develop reliable system and verify integrated system. This paper presents procedures and considerations for flight control integration, and airworthiness certification techniques applied to FA-50.
