수학 교사의 경제 수학 교수 실행 의도와 영향 요인 분석 = Analysis of the intentions and influencing factors of mathematics teachers' implementation of economic mathematics teaching: Applying the Theory of planned behavior

국문 초록 (Abstract)

목적 본 연구는 계획행동이론을 개념적 기틀로 하여 고등학교 수학 교사의 경제 수학 교수 실행 의도와 영향 요인 간의 구조적 관계는 무엇인지 확인하고, 관계 요인이 갖는 영향력을 검증하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 문헌 연구를 통해 교수 실행에 대한 태도, 환경적 제약, 교수효능감, 교수 실행 의도의 영역으로 이루어진 경제 수학 교수 실행 측정 도구를 구성하고, 고등학교 수학 교사 177명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 통해 측정 도구의 신뢰도를 확인하고, 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 연구 모형의 적합성과 요인 간 영향력을 검증한다. 통계 분석은 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용한다. 결과 첫째, 연구 모형의 구조적 관계 적합도가 양호한 것으로 분석되어 연구 모형을 구성하는 요인과 측정 도구 간의 타당성이 입증되었다. 둘째, 교수 실행에 대한 태도, 환경적 제약, 교수효능감은 교수 실행 의도에 유의한 경로 계수를 보였고, 정(+)적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 교수 실행 의도에 대하여 교수 실행에 대한 태도, 교수효능감, 환경적 제약 순으로 영향이 컸고, 교수 실행 의도에 대해서 교수 실행에 대한 태도가 주요한 영향 변수였다. 결론 계획행동이론이 수학 교사의 경제 수학 교수 실행을 탐색 및 예측하는데 적용가능함을 제시한다. 또한 수학 교사의 경제 수학 교수 실행 의도를 높이기 위해 교수 실행에 대한 긍정적 태도, 환경적 제약, 교수효능감의 중요성을 인식해야 할 것이다. 더불어 수학 교사가 교수 실행에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 형성할 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Objectives Using the theory of planned behavior as the conceptual basis, this study identified the structural relationship between high school mathematics teachers' economic mathematics teaching implementation and influencing factors, and verified the influence of related factors. Methods Through literature research, an economic mathematics teaching implementation questionnaire is constructed to measure attitude toward teaching implementation, environmental constraints, teaching efficacy, and teaching implementation intention, and a survey was conducted on 177 high school mathematics teachers. The reliability of the questionnaire is confirmed through the collected data, and the suitability of the teaching implementation model and the influence between factors are verified through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis. Statistical analysis utilizes SPSS and AMOS. Results First, it was analyzed that the structural relationship suitability of the research model was appropreate, proving the validity between the factors that make up the research model and the questionnaire. Second, attitudes toward teaching implementation, environmental constraints, and teaching efficacy showed significant path coefficients and had a positive effect on teaching implementation intention. Third, the intention of teaching implementation was influenced in the order of attitude toward teaching implementation, teaching efficacy, and environmental constraints. And attitudes toward teaching implementation were the main influencing variables for teaching implementation intention. Conclusions It is suggested that the theory of planned behavior is applicable to exploring and predicting the practice of teaching economic mathematics by math teachers. In addition, the importance of positive attitudes, environmental constraints, and teaching efficacy for teaching implementation should be recognized in order to enhance the economic mathematics teaching implemetation intention of math teachers. In particular, it suggests that ways for math teachers to develop a positive attitude toward teaching implementation should be sought.
