신세대 장병의 의식성향과 군조직 스트레스 적응에 관한 연구 = (A) study on the Consciousness Tendency and the Military Stress and Adjustment of New-Generation Soldiers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 신세대 장병의 의식성향, 스트레스의 요인 분석, 일반적 특성에 따른군 조직 스트레스와 적응에 차이 등을 분석해 보고, 어떻게 신세대 장병의 군조직 스트레스가 신세대 장병의 군 조직 적응에 영향을 미치는 살펴보고자 한다.
이러한 연구를 위해서, 의식성향, 스트레스, 적응 등에 관한 문헌조사를 하며, 이러한 변수들에 대한 실질적인 분석을 위해 대전지역의 신세대 장병들에 대한 설문조사를 하여 이를, SPPS 10.0 통계패키지를 사용하여, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 아노바분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 통계분석기법으로 살펴보고자 한다.
본 연구는 변수들간의 관계와 요인 들을 살펴보고자 하는데 이는 아래와 같다.
첫째, 군 조직의 스트레스의 차이와 신세대 장병의 군조직 스트레스의 요인을 분석해 보고자 한다.
둘째, 신세대 장병의 일반적 특성에 의한 이들의 군조직 적응을 분석해 보고자 한다.
셋째, 신세대 장병의 군 조직 스트레스가 어떻게 신세대 장병의 군 조직 적응에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다.
이와 같은 변수들의 관계 및 요인 등을 중심으로 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 아래와 같다.
첫째, 신세대 장병의 군 조직 스트레스는 5가지 요인으로 범주화할 수 있는데, 이는 상급자에 의한 스트레스, 여가 및 휴가에 관한 스트레스, 안전사고에 의한 스트레스, 내무반 생활에 의한 스트레스, 부대환경 및 조건에 관한 스트레스로 범주화 할 수 있다.
둘째, 신세대 장병들의 일반적 특성에 따른 군 조직 스트레스 요인의 차이점은 아래와 같다.
○ 계급과 내무반 생활에 의한 스트레스
○ 학력과 여가 및 휴가에 관한 스트레스
○ 보직과 여가 및 휴가에 관한 스트레스
○ 보직과 내무반 생활에 의한 스트레스
○ 가족관계와 내무반 생활에 의한 스트레스
셋째, 신세대 장병의 군 조직 스트레스가 신세대 장병의 군 조직 적응에 영향을 미치는 요인은 상급자에 의한 스트레스, 여가 및 휴가에 관한 스트레스, 부대환경 및 조건에 관한 스트레스로 분석되었다.
상술한 분석의 결과는 향후 신세대 장병들의 문제 해결 등에 대한 방향과 방안을 정립하는데 있어서 기초라 사용할 수 있을 것이며, 이와 관련된 부가적인 신세대 장병들에 대한 군조직 스트레스와 군조직 적응 등에 관한 구체적인 해결방안은 향후 과제로 남기고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to find out consciousness tendency of new-generation soldiers, to analysis the factor of the stress of the military of new-generation soldiers and the difference of the stress of the military and adjustment to the military of new-generation soldiers by characters of new-generation soldiers.
Finally, to understand that how the stress of the military of new-generation effect adjustment to the military of new-generation soldiers.
In order to this study, Surveying for consciousness tendency, stress, and adjustment of new-generation soldiers. Tool of Analysis is SPSS Package. the methods of Statistical Analysis use Frequency, Factor of analysis, ANOVA, Multi-regression. Surveying perform to new-generation soldiers in Deajeon division.
This study find out the factor and interest of variance as below;
First, to analysis the factor of the stress of the military of new-generation soldiers and the difference of the stress of the military
Second, to analysis the adjustment to the military of new-generation soldiers by characters of new-generation soldiers.
Finally, to understand that how the stress of the military of new-generation effect adjustment to the military of new-generation soldiers.
So, This study find out the result as below;
First, the stress of the military of new-generation soldiers is cataloged five factor. these factor are the stress for senior soldiers, the stress for rest and holidays, the stress for unexpectedly accident, and the stress for living of quarter, the stress for the conditions and circumstances of barracks.
Second, the difference of the stress of the military of new-generation soldiers by characters of new-generation soldiers present as below
○ the rank and the stress for the conditions and circumstances of barracks.
○ the academic background and the stress for rest and holidays.
○ the appointment and the stress for rest and holidays
○ the appointment and the stress for the conditions and circumstances of barracks.
○ the family position and the stress for the conditions and circumstances of barracks.
Third, what kind of factor for the stress of the military of new-generation effect adjustment to the military of new-generation soldiers. these factor is as below;
○ the stress for senior soldiers, the stress for rest and holidays, the stress for the conditions and circumstances of barracks.
The Result of analysis ascribed above will show orientations of solutions to problems for new-generation Soldiers.
