대학생의 창의성, 창의적 인성 및 2×2 성취목표지향의 관계 = The Study of the Relationships among Creativity, Creative Personality, and 2×2 Goal Orientation for Undergraduates

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was examined the relationships that creativity, creative personality and achievement goal, and 2×2 goal orientation. Subjects of this study were 290 undergraduate students. Data were collected through TTCT, creative personality scale(CPS), and test of achievement goal, and test of 2×2 goal orientation. Data were processed by multiple regression analysis and Pearson`s product correlation by SPSS. The results of the study were as follows; First, There was no significant correlation between creativity and achievement goal, creativity and creative personality, but low significant correlation between creative personality and achievement goal. Second, humor was significant contributor to predict creativity. The master-approach and motivation of individual orientation were significant contributor to predict creative personality. On the while performance-avoidance was negative contributor to predict creative personality, The master-approach, performance-approach, some of subcategory of creative personality were significant contributors to predict achievement goal. Our results showed that the performance-approach were positive contributor to predict abstractness of titles. Some of subcategory of creative personality were significant contributors to predict 2×2 goal orientation.
