This study sought to analyze the impact of the type of latent class of the family-friendly system on single women's intention to marry. In order to achieve this research purpose, the analysis data was analyzed by applying the latent class growth model to 538 unmarried women from the 9th year of the Women and Family Panel. As a result of the analysis, the types of potential classes for the family-friendly system were classified into three types: the highest family-friendly system group, the basic group, and the lowest group. The effect of the type of latent class in the family-friendly system on the intention to marry was analyzed to be higher in the basic group than in the lowest group in the family-friendly system. Based on the above analysis results, it was suggested that policy support such as family-friendly systems is important for single women's positive intention to marry.
