      The purpose of this study was to calibrate the hydrology parameters of SWAT model using SWAT-CUP and analyze the daily runoff for Hardware River watershed located at Albemarle and Fluvanna counties, Virginia state in USA. SWAT-CUP is a calibration and uncertainty programs for SWAT model. Flow data from 1990 to 1994 were used for calibration. Calibrated parameters were validated from the data for 1996 to 2000. Three options of adjusting parameters which are absolute, relative, and replace, are provided by SWAT-CUP. All of the 11 objective functions for calibration were applied. Simulation numbers of 1,000, 3,000, 5,000, and 10,000 were applied and the results were compared.
