A case of 22 years old female panhypopituitarism due to tuberculous meningitis was observed at Chungnam National University Hospital on May, 1977.
The case showed clinical symptoms and signs of growth retardation, sexual infantilism, secondary adrenocortical hypofunction and secondary hypothyroidism with calcifications at the suprasellar area and midportion of the posterior cranial fossa.
The symptoms were improved by replacement therapy with hydrocortisone, desiccated thyroid and menstruation occured with estrogen and gonadotropin administration.
