The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a college adjustment program on self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and college life adjustment among mature nursing students. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed, and the participants were 25 nursing students aged 30 years or older enrolled at a university in Korea. The program consisted of five sessions focusing on academic adjustment, major-related understanding, and psychosocial adaptation. Data were collected before and after the intervention using self-report questionnaires and analyzed using paired t-tests and Pearson’s correlation coefficients with SPSS/WIN 23.0. The results indicated that self-efficacy, major satisfaction, and college life adjustment significantly improved after participation in the program. In addition, self-efficacy and major satisfaction showed significant positive correlations with college life adjustment, with major satisfaction demonstrating a particularly strong association. These findings provide empirical evidence for the effectiveness of college adjustment programs for mature nursing students and suggest the need for further research to develop and evaluate tailored support programs across diverse educational settings.
