AHP를 이용한 복합리조트 선택속성 우선순위도출에 관한 연구: 아웃바운드 관광객을 중심으로 = A Study on Drawing Priority of Selection Attributes of Integrated Resort Using AHP: Focused on Outbound Tourists

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to concretize the priority of selection attributes for integrated resort and to develop effective evaluation standard for the financial and administrative support establishing integrated resort from regional governments.
Looking at the results of the top-tier selection attributes of the integrated resort, the resort's facilities factor(0.5326), internal service factor(0.1590), program factor(0.1465), cost and convenience factor(0.1178), and environmental factor(0.0441) were drawn in order. Looking at the priorities of each sub-layer selection attributes of facilities, accommodation facilities> food and beverage facilities> International conference and exhibition facilities> shopping facilities> entertainment facilities> cultural facilities> casinos were drawn in order and international conference and exhibition facilities were measured similarly to accommodation facilities, food and beverage facilities in importance.
It can be seen that international conferences and exhibition facilities are the major factor in the MICE-type complex in the integrated resort development to be introduced in Korea.
