Research on the The way of creative writing of allegory is very important basic research in grasping the philosophical backgrounds and the entire context of creative writing of analogy. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to examine the The way of creative writing of Han Fei Tzu`s allegory through the comparative analysis of the classics such as Han Fei Tzu, Jwajeon, and Jeongukchaek and the analysis of Han Fei Tzu`s creative writing of allegory.
There are roughly three The way of Han Fei Tzu`s creative writing of allegory: quota-tion of the classics, adaptation, and creative writing.
Of the classics from which cited in Han Fei Tzu`s allegory is quoted most, Jeonguk-chaek, and Jwajeon are most frequently quoted. These quotations have some deletions and supplements.
In Han Fei Tzu, there are more adaptations about Jwajeon than any other classics. The adaptations about Jwajeon in Han Fei Tzu have two types: one is the type in which the basic plot is retained and the contents are reduced or expanded, and the other is the type in which only the subject matter is used and the plot and the contents are reformed drastically.
In in Han Fei Tzu`screative writing of allegory, there are two types of stories: fictional character stories and real person stories. Through these types of allegory, Han Fei Tzu not only made his writings interesting and attracted the readers` attention but also explained his thoughts of law in a manner that is easy to understand.
