김구와 김규식의 정치노선 비교연구 : 해방정국에서 통일민족국가 수립문제를 중심으로 Focused on the Unified Nation State Building Affairs just after Liberation in Korea = A Comparative Study on the Political Point of View of Kim Ku and Kim Kyu-sik

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 해방정국에서 통일민족국가수립문제를 놓고 정치노선을 달리하기도 했고, 같이 하기도 했던 김구와 김규식의 정치적 행동을 분석하고 그 정치노선을 비교연구 하는 데 목적이 있다. 주지하다시피 현 한국사회의 주요 과제는 민주주의의 공고화, 경제의 질적 성장, 그리고 통일민족국가의 수립일 것이다. 소위 ‘非동시적인 것들의 동시적 수행’이라는 어려운 과제가 주어진 것이다. 이 과제들의 수행을 위해서는 여러 이론과 사례, 그리고 역사적 경험이 천착되어야 할 것이다.
한국 역사에서 지도자다운 경륜과 식견으로 민족의 장래를 내다보면서 국내외 정세 에 대한 정확한 정보와 인식으로 각 정치세력이 해야 할 임무를 사심 없이 제시하는 것이 해방정국에서처럼 절실히 요청되는 경우가 없었다. 해방정국에서 국제정세의 흐름에 냉철히 대응하면서 민족문제를 주체적으로 해결하고자 했던, 그러나 결국 실패했던, 두 정치지도자의 통일민족국가수립 노선을 비교 연구하는 것은 21세기의 민족적 과제달성에 있어 역사적 현재성과 연구가치가 높은 주제일 것이다. 호혜적 남북한 관 계를 형성하여 궁극적으로 통일민족국가를 수립하는, 이 21세기 민족사적 과제를 달성하기 위해서는 정교한 전략이 필요할 것이고, 국내외 정세를 정확히 읽고 대응하는 정치지도자의 의지와 능력, 그 역량이 있어야 할 것이다. 해방정국에서 통일민족국가수립 이라는 민족적 명제를 위해 헌신했던 김구와 김규식을 통합한, 이상과 비전, 의지와 역량이 있는 민족의 정치지도자 출현을 기대해 본다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper reviews the political behaviors and the political thoughts of Kim Ku and Kim Kyu-sik, at the period of just after liberation in Korea. Kim Ku and Kim Kyu-sik were the same opinion, or the different opinion on the unified nation state building affairs. But the two great Leaders of the nation consequently sacrificed themselves for the 'Nation,' and the 'failed' unified nation state building movements. The two Leaders of the nation impartially acted in the period of the 'complex' liberation situation, for the 'Nation.' The political thoughts of two leaders are still historical significance, because the Korean peninsula is still separated two states, though the 'one Nation.' For the Reunification of the Korean peninsula, on the 21st, we expect the Great National Leader, being character of the ideal and vision, the will and capacity, like uniting the Kim Ku and Kim Kyu-sik.
