교사의 창의성 교육 지각 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교사의 창의성 교육 지각 척도(Teachers' Perceptions of Creativity in Education: TPCE)를 개발하여 타당화하는데 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 토대로 교사들이 지각하는 창의성 교육의 요인을 추출하여 4개의 하위 요인, 즉 창의성 교육 관점, 창의성 교육 방해, 창의성 교육 촉진, 창의성 교육 수행으로 구성된 총 25문항을 구축하였다. 이 척도를 초등학교 교사 306명을 대상으로 실시하여, 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 최종적으로 20문항을 추출하였다. 최종 척도에 대해 문항내적 일치도 Cronbach α, 탐색적 요인분석, 그리고 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 요인구조 모형의 적합도 분석을 통해 타당화하였다. 자료 분석의 결과, 창의성교육 지각 척도 20문항 전체 신뢰도 Cronbach α는 .859로 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 하위요인의 Cronbach α는 .775에서 .919의 범위를 보였다. 그리고 요인분석의 결과 4개 하위요인의 총설명변량은 56.217%로 나타났다. 20문항으로 구성된 모형의 적합도 CFI, TLI는 .90 이상,RMSEA는 .08 이하, 그리고 X2/(df)는 3이하로 나타나 수용 가능한 기준치를 충족시켜 구조적으로 적합한 모형으로 판명되었다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop and to validate the scale for Teachers' Perceptions of Creativity in Education(TPCE). Subjects are 306 elementary teachers from D and J city in Korea. TPCE formulated 4 sub-factors(perspectives, hinderance, enhancement, performance in creativity education)consisting with 20 items. The Cronbach α coefficient ranged .790 - .919. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit indexes of TLI, CFI, RMSEA, and χ² value were satisfied with the criteria for factor structure model fit in this study. The implications for future study were suggested.
