좋은 수업을 위한 예비 지리교사의 수업 관찰과 반성 = Pre-service Geography Teacher`s Observation and Reflection on Teaching for a Good Teaching

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The so important aspect of a geography teacher`s training is being able to observe effectively teaching practices for their practical knowledge development. This paper aims to study the 19 pre-service geography teacher`s observation and reflection on their microteaching and teaching practice for a good teaching. Major conclusions are suggested below as follows. First, they are good at observe on assesment method development, teaching materials development, teaching aims presentation, and use of teaching models. While they are poor at observe on reconstruction of subject matter, reach a teaching aims, teaching design, and didactic transposition in peer`s microteaching. Second, their attitude of observation·evaluation was neutral·intentional and their individual variation was considerable difference. Relatively, female`s teaching levels was more high than males. Third, they have a positive about assessment result and attitude of reflection. Their self-reflection were focused on teaching components as a teaching model and weak of interaction. Finally, in their teaching practice, they began to observe on a classroom climate and they are attained observations and comprehensions on students in actual context. Moreover, they are experienced that reflective practice is very difficult.
