알코올의존 환자의 단주 관련 요인: 6개월 추적 연구 = Factors Correlated with Abstinence in Alcoholics: A Six Month Follow-Up Study

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 전문병원에서 입원치료를 받은 알코올의존 환자의 6개월 단주율에 대해 조사하고, 단주 관련 요인을 찾아내는 것이다. 입원 치료 후 퇴원한 환자 191명을 대상으로 퇴원시 상태에 대해 조사하였으며, 6개월 추적 시점에서 단주 여부 및 단주 관련 요인을 조사하였다. 추적 6개월 시점에서의 단주율은 40.3%(N=77)였다. 퇴원시점에서 단주군과 재발군간에 유의한 집단차를 보인 요인은 퇴원 형태, 변화의 단계, 단주 욕구, 프로그램 완수, 가족의 태도였으며, 신체적 문제와 정신과적 문제는 유의한 집단차를 보이지 않았다. 6개월 추적 시점에서는 AA 및 치료자-개입 단주 모임 참여, 직업, 퇴원 후 가족의 태도, 그리고 퇴원 후 우울 또는 불안에서 유의한 집단차를 보였다. 6개월 단주를 예측하는 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 단주욕구, 프로그램 완수, 퇴원 후 가족의 태도, 퇴원 후 우울 또는 불안의 유무 등이 유의한 예측 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 알코올의존 환자들의 재발 예방 및 회복을 위해 중점적으로 다루어야 할 치료적 접근 및 전략에 대해 시사한다.
