정부지원 중소기업 정보화 사업의 지식공유 모형 = The Knowledge Pool Models of Government-Supported Information Techology Projects for Small and Medium Sized Companies

국문 초록 (Abstract)

정부에서 지원하는 정보화 사업은 중소기업과 IT(information technology)지원업체가 함께 시스템을 구축하는 사업이므로, 중소기업과 IT지원업체 모두 시스템을 구축하거나 시스템을 활용하는 효율적인 방법에 대한 지식을 가지고 있어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 목적에서 정보화 사업에 참여하는 주체들 간의 정보공유를 제시하였다. 연구에서는 정보화 사업을 위한 지식공유의 방법으로, 기업 내부가 아니라 기업들 간에 지식을 생성하고 공유하는 것을 제시하였다. 기업마다 정보시스템을 구축하는 방법이 다르기 때문에, 각 기업마다 정보시스템을 구축하고 활용하는 방법이나 경험에 대한 지식을 공유하면 사업의 효과를 높일 수 있다.
연구에서는 중소기업 정보화를 위한 지식공유 모형으로 통합형 모형과 분리형 모형을 제시하였다. 통합형 모형은 중소기업, IT지원업체, 점검자들이 하나의 통합된 지식풀(knowledge pool)을 이용하는 것이다. 분리형 모형은 중소기업, IT지원업체, 점검자들이 각각 다른 지식풀을 구성하는 것이다. 지식풀을 통합하여 운영하는 경우와 분리하여 운영하는 경우의 장점과 단점을 언급하였으며, 생산정보화 사업을 사례로 하여 공유해야 할 지식의 내용을 제시하였다. 이러한 지식공유를 통하여 정부의 지원을 받은 중소기업들이 시행착오를 줄이고 정보화 지원사업의 성과를 높일 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

This study proposes knowledge management to execute information technology(IT) projects for small and medium sized companies supported by government funds successfully. The knowledge in this study is technologies, methods and experiences which apply to information systems of companies.
The integrated knowledge pool model and the separated knowledge pool model are proposed by this study. Integrated knowledge pool contains all of the knowledge from small and medium sized companies, IT companies and supervisors involved in projects. The separated knowledge pool model is composed of three pools. Each of the small and medium sized companies, IT companies and supervisors make their own knowledge pools and use them independently. The effectiveness of government-supported IT projects for small and medium sized companies can be improved by the knowledge pool models proposed by this study.
