한국 공공 부분의 EA 도입 사례 연구: 가이드라인, 교훈, 그리고 향후 연구모델 = Case Study of EA Implementation in the Korean Public Sector: Guidelines, Lessons, and Future Research Model

Many countries have implemented EA as a core tool for planning and managing IT resources.
Due to its importance, there have been many studies for the successful implementation of EA.
However because most previous studies simply focused on either a certain time horizon as a cross sectional study or a list of success factors, they failed to raise fundamental issues investigating inherent difficulties or efforts to overcome. This research conducted a case study based on interviews with EA experts and derived five practical guidelines for the successful EA implementation. Simultaneously we propose a future research model for an empirical validation based on current findings.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

많은 국가들이 공공 정보화 관련 통합 기획 및 관리의 주요 도구로 EA를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라 EA 연구도활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이들 연구는 주로 특정 시점 또는 특정 모델의 검증에 집중했고, EA 도입 및 활용에 이르는 과정에서 있었던 다양한 문제와 이의 극복을 위한 노력의 실체를 전반적으로 다루지는 못하였다. 이에 본 연구는전문가 인터뷰와 연구 분석을 통해 EA의 성공적인 정착을 위한 다섯 가지의 실무적인 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 또한, 한국에서의 성공적인 범정부 EA의 활동을 시간흐름과 기존 연구모델을 기반으로 분석하여 향후 EA 성공을 위한 일반 연구모델을 제시하였다.
