      This paper proposes a new system of mobile PDA monitoring for inspecting and managing the facilities of water, power and gas etc. The existing management system requires a hand-written report for the management of these facilities, however, it needs additional input time to update management databases. This system lowers efficiency and wastes human power. In this paper, we develop a new system of mobile handy terminals for citygas facilities and also provide inspection reports immediately and connect with the management database system using wireless equipment. Mobile communication is based on SSCE(SQL Server for windows CE) technology. This new system manages data in real time and reduces human power when applied to current working environments.
