지적측량수수료체계 개선방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지적측량은 공공서비스로서의 기능이 강해 국가의 정책적 논리에 적용받아 수수료체계가 현실과 동떨어져 적용되고 있어, 실질적인 시장가격의 적용으로 수수료체계를 합리화ㆍ현실화ㆍ세분화시켜 다양해진 지적측량업무에 적용하고 토지의 개별적 특성을 반영하여 수수료를 산정하여야 한다. 본 연구는 지적업무종사자의 업무기피와 의욕상실을 해소하고 지적 측량기술자의 권익보호와 지위향상을 위해 현실적인 기본측량노임을 정하며, 토지특성별로 차별화시켜 지적측량수수료적용에 현실화를 정착시키기 위해 수행되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Cadastral Surveying has the property of public services, consequently, the cadastral Surveying commission system which has been affected by a policy has become disconnected with reality. Accordingly we should apply the rational, realistic and fractional cadastral surveying commission system made a application of the essential market price to the territory of the cadastral surveying. This research aims at solving the shirking of the professions of cadastral surveying and losing their enthusiasm for the work, detemining the realistic basic cadastral surveying wages for protecting the profession’s rights and the improvement of their position, and readjusting the cadastral surveying commission to a realistic level.
