재개발·재건축 정비구역의 개발단위 설정과 개발 방안 = The Development Unit and Strategies for Housing Redevelopment and Reconstruction Sites

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research is to suggest alternatives for redevelopment and reconstruction that are being implemented to improve the residential environment of the old residential areas of the city on the premise the overall pulling down. In particular, the redevelopment and reconstruction project, which has been implemented based on the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act since 2003, has not been implemented for a long period due to poor business performance and conflicts between residents. The Seoul Metropolitan Government is making various efforts such as promoting the 111 districts of the cancelled redevelopment and reconstruction districts as Seoul-type urban regeneration projects and returning the 50 districts to the existing management plan. However, unlike the ideology of urban regeneration project, it remains at the superficial level of maintenance and it shows the limit that can not fundamentally improve the residential environment. Therefore, as a method of improving urban residential areas, we will propose the reasonable development unit and strategies for housing redevelopment and reconstruction sites.
