국방교육훈련 연구동향 분석: 주제범위 문헌고찰을 중심으로 = Analysis of Research Trends in Defense Education and Training: A Scoping Review

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국내 국방교육훈련의 연구동향을 분석하고 향후 연구방향을 제시하기 위해 주제범위 문헌고찰을 수행하였다. PRISMA-ScR지침에 따라 2004년부터 2024까지 발표된 논문 201편의 전반적인 동향을 파악하였으며, 이 중 국방교육훈련 체계에 따라 분석이 가능한 176편을 대상으로 주제별 분류를 진행하였다. 그 결과 향후 연구과제로 부사관과 군무원 대상 교육훈련 연구영역 확장, 리더십 교육연구 심화, 군 현장적용성 강화를 위한 부대훈련 연구 내실화 등이 확인되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 국방교육훈련 분야의 이론적･실천적･정책적 함의를 도출하였으며, 향후 학술적 발전과 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study conducted a scoping review to analyze research trends in Korean defense education and training and to propose directions for future research. Following the PRISMA-ScR guidelines, a total of 201 papers published between 2004 and 2024 were reviewed, of which 176 were systematically categorized within a military education and training framework. The analysis identified several key priorities for future research, including expanding research on education and training for non-commissioned officers and military civilian personnel, deepening research on leadership education, strengthening research on unit training to enhance practical applicability in the field. These findings provide theoretical, practical, and policy implications that may contribute to academic advancement and evidence-based decision-making in defense education and training.
