지적측량 수수료 체계의 개선방향 = Improvement of Cadastral Surveying Fee System

The current cadastral surveying fee system differs an expense structure against an individual business which is various items of cadastral surveying and it follows in the work process which is various business circumstance. But the current regulation is applying the fee which is irrational. It is like that must apply the addition coefficient by the clement which is various due to a new work cost and scientific base must be applied for cadastral surveying fee calculation. It can he applied the additional price by land coefficient and the grade application of the fee which it follows in land price. It actualizes a new cadastral surveying fee rationally and must improve. It will be able to contrihute in quality improvement and technical development of cadastral suveying for civil service. In this study, it is presented the improved fee composition structure system and introduces a new addition coefficient by the official land price.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

지적측량의 업무 종목별 다양한 작업공정과 업무여건에 따라 비용구조를 달리하고 있는 현행 지적측량 수수료제도는 개별업무에 대하여는 매우 불합리한 수수료를 적용하고 있어 새로운 품셈에 의한 다양한 요소별 가산계수를 통하여 지적측량 수수료 산출 근거를 과학화하고 지가계수를 활용하여 토지가격에 따른 수수료의 차등 적용 등 새로운 지적측량 수수료를 합리적으로 현실화하여 개선함으로써 지적측량 민원 시비스의 질적 향상과 기술개발에 기여할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수수료 구성체계의 개선과 공시지가에 따른 새로운 가산계수를 도입하는 방안을 제시하였다.
