사회복지 현상에 대한 통합적 개념틀의 가능성 탐색

국문 초록 (Abstract)

어언 반세기를 넘는 연륜임에도, 한국 사회복지학은 사회복지문제의 해결이라는 현실 사회의 요구에 적절히 대응치 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 ‘한국 사회복지학의 위기’라는 인식 하에서, 그 위기에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있는 통합적 개념틀을 탐색하는 데 있다. 20세기 이후의 과학철학은, 모든 현상이 이중성을 띠고 있음을 확인했다. 그 결과 지구촌의 과학철학은 분석적 패러다임에서 통합적 패러다임으로 극적인 전환을 기하였다. 그러나 여전히 사회복지학의 지배적인 패러다임은 분석적이었기에 사회복지 현상의 이중성을 확인할 수 없었다. 그리하여 먼저 몇 가지 차원에서 장애 현상을 중심으로 사회복지 현상의 이중성을 확인해 보았다. 그리고 그 이중적인 성격을 갖는 개별 현상의 구성 요소들이 갖는 관계는 상보적(변증법적) 관계임을 천명하는 통합적 개념틀을 제시하였다. 그 결과 장애는 생리적 장애, 심리적 장애, 제도적 장애 및 문화적 장애 등으로 나눌 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This Paper will be pointed out that Korean Social Welfare irrelevantly correspond to social welfare problems in reality, prescrieved that it"s situation are "the crisis of Korean Social Welfare and finally suggested as it"s provisions a quarterly-analysis framework.
All social welfare pheonomena are consisted dual polarity. For example, in the theoritical version, attribute theory/context theory; in the nature of social welfare service, need-centerd service/human right-centerd service; in the ideological basis of that services, idealism/ materialism; in the nature of social welare problems, environmental(external) problem/it"s inner problem; in the practice model, individual model/social model etc. Thus, to understand these polarity innocently, we should explored welfare phenomenon integrational version. not an analytic version. Such polarity cannot be conceived of apart from one another ; they are two sides of the same coin.
But, up to the present, dominant views of our profession have rejected that such polarity can be viewed as a duality, but rather sees them as a dualism. That is, those polarity can and should be seperated. In distinguishing them, we can better able to analyze their relationship to one another. But to my viewpoint, all social welfare phenomena are, without exception, either micro or macro and also either objective or subjective. Thus the relationship of those polarity must be conceived a dialetical relationship, not a exclusive one.
Thus, the most steadfast and important intention guiding my work has been to overcome the opposition between objectivism and subjectivism, micro and macro. Focusing on the dialetical relationship between basic phenomenon in sicial welfare, I would finally suggest the quarterly-analysis framework as follow: first, individual(micro) vs. society(macro) in the horizontal level, next, objectivism vs. subjectivism in the vertical level.
