코칭을 활용한 영아 교사의 권리 존중 상호작용 역량 강화 - 프로그램 개발 및 효과 = Strengthening the capacity of infant teachers toward the respect for their rights interaction by using coaching: Program development and effectiveness

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 코칭을 활용한 영아 교사의 권리 존중 상호작용 역량을 강화하기 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 프로그램은 문헌 고찰과 영아 교사의 요구 조사 결과를 토대로 현장 적용의 타당성 검증 및 전문가 협의 과정을 거쳐 수정‧보완하여 최종 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구 대상은 영아반 교사 7명이었으며, 총 12회기의 프로그램이 운영되었다. 자료 수집은 그룹 코칭과 1:1 코칭, 강의, 워크숍, 심리검사, 역할극 및 시뮬레이션, 관찰기록을 통해 이루어졌다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 활용하여 사전·사후 검사를 실시하였으며, 표본 수의 제한으로 인해 Wilcoxon 부호 순위검정을 적용하였다. 연구 결과 코칭 기반 프로그램은 영아 교사의 권리 존중 상호작용 역량 전반에 유의미한 향상을 가져온 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사 효능감에서도 통계적으로 유의한 변화가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 코칭을 활용한 프로그램이 영아 교사의 권리 존중 상호작용 역량을 효과적으로 향상하는 교육적 접근임을 시사하며 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램의 적용 가능성과 학문적 의의를 확인한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a program to strengthen the ability of infant teachers to regarding the respect their for rights interaction using coaching and to verify its effectiveness. The program was developed by revising and supplementing it through the verification of the validity of field application and expert consultation based on the literature review and the results of the infant teacher’s demand survey. The program It consisted of recognizing the importance of respecting infants’ rights and equipping them with the professional skills, and skills necessary abilities for the respecting for rights interaction based on their knowledge of infant development. To verify the effectiveness, the program was conducted with a total of 12 sessions for 7 infant class teachers. Data were collected through methods such as group coaching, 1:1 coaching, lectures, workshops, psychological tests, role plays, and simulations, and observation records. As a result of the study, there were statistically significant differences in the use of coaching for infant teachers in respect of infant rights and the efficacy of childcare teachers. Through this, This study has academic significance in that it presents an infant teacher education model that integrates coaching and respect for infants’ rights. and that It also suggests that coaching can be applied to various fields such as teacher education, autonomous scholarship, and leadership improvement.
