국내 체류 외국인 범죄 대응 시스템 개선방안 = The Improvement of Response system for Foreign Crime in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to improve crime response system by analyzing the crime situation for foreign residents in Korea. Recently, although the number of foreigners has increased and new problems have emerged, the present condition has not been analyzed. This study aims to propose countermeasures control foreign criminals by analyzing the status and motivations of crime. Methods: This study analyzes the official data in police, ministry of justice, central government, local government, and related organizations. Literature study analysis use the data from related organizations for the status of foreigners and foreign criminals. Conclusion: Foreigners are expected to increase continuously in the future. In addition, it is necessary to improve the preparation for foreign crime. The improvements are as follows. First, a criminal response system is needed to consider the characteristics of foreigners. Second, we need a way to strengthen the scene of the agility. Third, systematic management is necessary for foreign residential district. Fourth, the new standards should be developed for foreign residential district.
