      Analysis of Recognition State of Science Students on Evolution Concept in High School

      Evolution is major concept to understand biology and is to think general concept to put together biological events. It is difficult to consider the modern biology on insufficient evolution knowledge. Although it is use to the tools for many students to help the concept of evolution, it is trouble to teach the concept of evolution before knowing the recognition state of students.
      In this study, to understand evolution concepts made problems about 3 dimensional frame (mechanism, subject, time) and facilitate factors of evolution concepts and test the third grade science students of high school to get recognition state of evolution, look at the method to help the understanding of evolution in class.
      Evolutional direction on students is 27.5% that evolution progresses to high, complete organism and changes the steps of organism through long time. Stage 2 students have stage 1, 2, 4 about subject and time of evolution. 15.8% of students in adaptation think progress of organ to the long time use, they have typical evolution concepts of stage 2 in 3 dimensional frame. Variation about 3 dimensional frame have 22.5% of students, think to have through the evolution by gradual needs and wants. In facilitate factor test, many students are lack to put together natural selection and genetic variation and admit the diversity of population but don’t understand the cause of selection so they have trouble the consideration of population on selection.
      To get right evolution concept of student emphasize the variation, selection effects in population, heredity and develop the strategy of class to help understanding the evolution concept. Evolution is not simple, dynamic concept with adaptation, variation and needs the detail research about complex structure of evolution with time, subject, mechanism in science history
