품질경영시스템과 환경경영시스템과의 상호관계 = The Relationship Between Quality Management System and Environment Management System

국문 초록 (Abstract)

국제무역패턴이 선진국의 시장경쟁체제를 따라감으로서, 개발도상국이 국제무역시장에 대처해 나가기가 점점 더 어려워 지고 있다. 그 예의 하나가 지금까지의 ISO 9000 시리즈이다. 교역 상대국에 대한 선진국들의 또 다른 요구가 가시화되고 있는 데, 이는 다름 아닌 환경규제에 대한 요구이다. 즉, 자국내의 엄격한 환경기준으로 인한 경쟁력 상실을 교역 상대국에게도 동일한 환경규제를 요구함으로써 규제 기준에서 발생하는 생산원가의 격차를 줄이려 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는, 생존을 위한 필수조건이 된 ISO 14000의 인증에 대하여 우리 기업체의 많은 관계자들이 가지고 있는 경제적 시간적 압박감을 해소하기 위하여 ISO 9000시리즈와의 관련에 관하여 조사`비교하였으며, 앞으로 제시될 안전관련 국제규격을 포함한 통합화된 국제규격을 제시한다.

As international commerce pattern changes toward the system of developed countries market competition, developing countries experience difficulties in international commerce market. Developed countries request their trading counterparts to obtain environment restriction. we also endure the environmental pollution due to industrialization. These environmental problems force Western Europe countries to install Environment Management System. About ten domestic companies have already obtained BS 7750 assurance from foreign certification bodies. This article presents description of development processes of ISO 14000 draft, compares ISO 9000 with BS 7750 requirements, and describes the common points and differences between ISO 9000 and 14000 draft.
