체육교사의 리더십 유형에 따른 고등학생의 수업 만족도 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 체육교사의 리더십 유형에 따른 고등학생의 수업 만족도를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 규명하기 위하여 서울시 강서구에 소재하고 있는 3개 고등학교 1,2학년생 300명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling)을 이용하여 표본을 추출하여 총 269부를 회수하였다. 설문지의 응답이 완성된 자료는 회수하여 응답내용이 부실하거나 신뢰도가 없다고 판단되는 자료는 분석대상에서 제외한 후 분석이 가능하고 유용한 자료를 컴퓨터에 입력시킨 다음 SPSS 11.0 windows 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석(frequencies)과 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), 표준다중회귀분석(standard multiple regression)을 실시하였다. 이 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다.

첫째, 인구통계학적 특성변인에 따른 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도를 살펴보면 성별에 따른 체육수업의 만족도는 체육교사 만족, 체육수업만족, 사회성 함양, 체육수업 평가, 체육수업 용이 등의 모든 부분에 대해 남자가 여자보다 높은 점수를 가지고 있음을 알 수 있다. 학년에 따른 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도는 체육교사 만족, 체육수업만족, 사회성 함양, 체육수업 용이 등의 많은 부분에 대해 1학년이 2학년보다 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 그러나 체육수업평가 부분에서는 2학년이 1학년보다 높은 점수를 가지고 있었다.
둘째, 체육교사의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 고등학생의 체육교사 만족도는 교수 및 지시형으로 수업할수록 고등학생의 체육교사 만족도가 높은 것을 알 수 있다.
셋째, 체육교사의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도는 교수 및 지시형으로 수업할수록 고등학생의 체육수업 만족도가 높은 것으로 알 수 있다.
넷째, 체육교사의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 고등학생의 사회성 함양은 민주적 행동형으로 수업할수록 고등학생의 사회성 함양이 높은 것을 알 수 있다.
다섯째, 체육교사의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 고등학생의 체육수업평가는 교수 및 지시형으로 수업할수록 고등학생의 체육수업평가에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다.
마지막으로 체육교사의 리더십 행동유형에 따른 고등학생의 체육수업 용이성은 민주적 행동형으로 수업할수록 체육수업 용이성에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this thesis is to define how the leadership of physical education teacher has influence on high school students satisfaction in physical education. For this dissertation, I have set a limit within 300 students of 3 highschool students in gangseo-gu, seoul. by using convenient sampling, I collected 269 questionnaire. The questionnaire that is analyzable and valuable has been analyzes with the method of frequencies, one-way anova, and standard multiple regression.
On the result of this study, first, in terms of the students' satisfaction by demographical elements, there is statistical significance that male students are more satisfied in all the field like physical education teacher satisfaction, physical education satisfaction, cultivation of sociality etc. According to the students' grade, the first grade students are more satisfied in all the field than the second grade students. But the second grade students have higher points than the first grade students in physical education evaluation.
Second, high school students satisfaction in physical education teacher by the leadership of physical education teacher is getting higher with teaching or indicating method.
Third, high school students satisfaction in physical education by the leadership of physical education teacher is getting higher with teaching or indicating method.
Fourth, high school students satisfaction in cultivation of sociality by the leadership of physical education teacher is getting higher with teaching or indicating method.
Fifth, high school students satisfaction in physical education evaluation by the leadership of physical education teacher is getting higher with teaching or indicating method.
Lastly, high school students satisfaction in physical education easiness by the leadership of physical education teacher is getting higher with teaching or indicating method.
