ASP를 이용한 유치원내의 유아생활 정보제공 시스템 구축 사례 = (A) Case of Establishing Child Behavioral Information in Kindergarten Using ASP

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1990년 이후 정보통신의 발달은 인터넷의 대중화와 함께 사회의 많은 부분에 변화를 가져왔으며 정보를 교환하는 좋은 수단으로 확실한 위치를 확보했다. 일반 기업이 전자상거래를 원활하게 수행하기 위해서는 기업 외적으로는 네트워크를 통한 고객 및 파트너와의 접점을 늘리고 기업 내적으로는 업무 프로세스의 정보화를 이루어야 한다. 그러나 이를 위한 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어의 관리에는 많은 노력과 자원이 필요하다. 일반적으로 기업의 정보 기술 비용 중 약 70%이상이 유지보수와 리스크 관리에 쓰인 것으로 추정된다. 더구나 정보기술 환경의 끊임없는 변화와 인터넷을 비롯한 컴퓨팅 네트워크 환경의 다변화는 관리 비용을 더욱 증가 시킬 것으로 예상된다. 이로 인해 정보기술 관련 업무들의 아웃소싱이 보편화되고 있다 . 그리고 아웃소싱의 범위가 계속 확대되어 결국 네트워크, 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 애플리케이션까지 통합된 모델로서 ASP(Application Service Provider)가 등장하게 되었다.
우리나라의 교육현장에도 정보화가 진행되면서 교육학습에 방법적인 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 그러나 시대의 변화에 비용의 문제로 인해 적응하지 못하는 수많은 유아교육기관에 경제적이면서 효과적으로 정보화에 합류할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다 .
또한, 유아 교육현장에서 인터넷을 이용한 교육방법들을 조사, 분석하였고, 교육이 지식을 전달하는 것 뿐 아니라, 학생 개인의 생활을 지도하는 것도 포함된다는 관점에서 접근하여 지식전달보다는 학생생활 지도에 중심을 두어 새로운 방법을 찾아 적용하는 시스템을 구축하는 사례를 만들었다. 이를 통하여 학부모, 학생, 교사가 학생의 학교생활에 관한 정보를 공유하면서 학생 지도에 공감대를 형성하고 , 교육의 효과를 높일 수 있다. 또한 인터넷을 이용하여 유관기관간의 행정업무를 신속하고 편리하게 처리할수 있다. 그리고 본 연구는 네트워크를 최대한 이용하여 소규모로 운영하는 교육장소에서도 편리하고, 경제적인 부담이 되지 않도록 ASP기법을 도입하였고, 정보통신 발달이 유/무선인터넷 그리고 무선 전화기 등을 이용하여 손쉽게 접근할 수 있고 이용할 수 있는 사용자 중심으로 변화함에 따라, 소규모의 유아교육기관들이 시대의 흐름에 적응할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다.

The development of information communication since 1990 brought many changes to a large proportion of the society along with popularization of internet and it has secured its place as a good medium to exchange information. In order for typical companies to carry out e-commerce smoothly, customer and partner contact points through network has to be increased externally, and internally, work process information has to be achieved. However, maintenance of software and hardware for this requires enormous effort and resource. Generally, it is assumed that about 70% of companies' information technology cost is spent on maintenance and risk management. Moreover, it is thought that the endless change in information technology environment and diversification of computing network environment will increase the maintenance cost even further. Due to this fact, out-sourcing of information related work is becoming general. Then, the scope of out-sourcing expanded continuously and as the result, ASP(Application Service Provider) appeared as an integrated model of network, hardware, software and application.
As information-orientation progressed at schools of Korea, manymethodological changes are brought to teaching and learning. Here, Isuggest a way for countless children's education institutes that cannot adaptto the change of times due to cost problems, which enables them to jointhe information-orientation economically and effectively.
Also, I have surveyed and analyzed teaching methods using internet onthe scene of education and approached from the aspect that education notonly transfers knowledge but includes guiding individual behavior of children.Therefore, we have made a case of establishing a system that finds a newmethod putting the focus on the students behavioral guidance and appliesthe findings. Through this, information on students' school life can beshared among parents, students and teachers and form an understanding onguiding students and enhance the effect of education. Also, using internet,administration work among related organizations can be processed promptlyand conveniently. Also, this study introduced ASP so that it can beintroduced conveniently and with minimum economic burden at a small scaleeducation institutes by using network, and as development of informationcommunication has changed to user-oriented that enables easy access anduse through wired/mobile internet or wireless telephones, I have researcheda method through which small scale education institutes for preschoolchildren can adapt to the flow of time.
