The aims of this study are to evaluate the joint angle coordination patterns to identify feasibility of a gait rehabilitative training assistance in our moving system developed newly based on wheelchair platform incorporated with the specific function. The newly developed moving system is named S-MSGRTF (Sejong-Moving System with Gait Rehabilitative Training Function). Seven healthy participants [males, 23±2 years, 174±6cm height, 71±12kg weight, 23±4kg/m2 BMI] were examined with a 3D motion capture system (VICON T10s, UK). All participants were free from musculoskeletal disorders and leg pain. Participants walked without/with wearing S-MSGRTF at a natural gait and a S-MSGRTF gait speed. These findings indicate that S-MSGRTF may have a potential to be applicable as a gait rehabilitative training assistance incorporated with wheelchair platform for movement, although it doesnt realize a natural gait completely, particularly in the knee and ankle joint angle coordination pattern.
