S대학교 진로ㆍ취업교육 프로그램에 관한 사례연구 - 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 특성 변수 규명을 중심(中心)으로 - = Case Study on S University's Career and Employment Education Program - Focusing on the identification of characteristic variables that affect career maturity -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 진로 및 취업교육 프로그램 평가 사례를 통해 교육평가의 방향성을 모색하고자 하였다. 교육평가에서 강의만족도 등 Kirkpatrick의 평가 모형 중 1단계인 반응평가와 달리 교육과정의 특성을 고려하여 교육과정의 속성을 중심으로 개념적 틀을 마련하고 이에 따른 교육과정을 평가하였으며, 평가 후 인과적 연결성을 고려하여 다음 차시 교육설계 과정에 필요한 다양한 이슈를 도출하였다. 먼저 문헌 고찰을 통해 교육평가의 중요성에 대하여 살펴본 후, 교육평가에서 나타나고 있는 문제점 해결 방안 모색을 위해 실제 사례를 바탕으로 접근하였다. 사례는 서울 소재 S대학교에서 학생들의 진로 및 취업 교육을 위한 3단계 취업 역량 강화 프로그램인 대학생 진로지도 프로그램(CDP: Career Development Program)을 대상으로 하였다. 3단계 프로그램 중 본 연구의 사례는 1단계인 직무이해 및 선택 교육 프로그램에 초점을 두었으며 총 24시간으로 구성되었다. 향후 개선된 모듈 설정을 위해 필요한 이슈를 도출하여 대학생들의 진로 교육의 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at analyzing the educational results focusing on Theory-Based method that considers causal connectivity beyond the evaluation of responses which have been centered in the previous education evaluation and enabling to find proper solution for combining the following the educational design process with various issues. For this, various literatures are reviewed to remind the importance of the educational evaluation first and solution methods with a different view are applied on practical cases for finding solutions for the problems involved in corporate education evaluation respectively.
Supposing that the corporate education evaluation has been done at the conventional level so far, this study indicates different view corresponding with trainee needs and educational object by reflecting the process development with setting a systematic evaluation containing definitude of standards, inner coherence, comprehension, and comparison possibilities at every step in evaluation. By extension, plans connected to the education satisfaction are commented. It also emphasizes that evaluation is the starting point for the trials that people in charge of HRD should endure anguish, philosophy on education and inspiring a soul into it.
