    With increasing numbers of immigrants, it is suggested mental health problems in immigrants are serious. Also it is reported that immigrants experience discrimination, ignorance, inappropriate treatment in mental health service. It means there are problems relevant to service provider in multicultural context.
    This study intended to review of cultural competence in mental health policy and cultural competence of education and training programs to provide mental health service adequate for immigrants culture in USA, UK, Australia.
    It is conclusion that for development of cultural competence in mental health workforce in Korea, it needs policy or plan of mental health workforce for immigrants, to develop manual for education and training of cultural competence, to provide training of cultural competence and exclusive organization to responsible for them.
