효과적인 단기 학습 과정의 설계 : 일본인 초급 단기 한국어 과정을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문은 일반적인 한국어 교육프로그램과 단기 한국어 연수과정이 그 목표와 교수법에서 달라야 한다는 점을 기초한다. 이를 위해 교수자의 현장 경험을 바탕으로 한 학습자의 요구 조사 및 관련 이론들을 참고하였고, 한국어에 관심을 가지고 한국의 문화를 익히려는 학습자들을 위해 효과적인 교재와 학습프로그램을 소개한다. 본문에서는 실제 수업을 기반으로 구성한 교재와 교수법을 제시하고 학습자들이 지속적으로 한국어에 관심을 가질 수 있는 방법을 찾는다. 수업을 통해서 교재와 교수법의 유용성 및 한계가 조금씩 들어났으며, 학습자의 요구와 학습목표를 수용하는 연구가 지속적으로 이루어 져야 함을 분명히 한다. 계속된 연구를 통해서 다양한 학습자 요구와 목표에 따른 특화된 교재와 교수법이 마련되기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This thesis is based on the theory that there should be a difference in the goal and in the teaching method between the general Korean program and the short-team Korean program. This thesis referred to the data of research on the learners' demand and other related theories based on the field experience. This thesis suggests effective teaching materials, study models and teaching methods, which were researched during the real curriculum, for the students who are interested in Korean culture as well as Korean language, so that they can continue their learning afterward. During the curriculum, it was found out that there were the strength and the weakness in the suggested teaching materials and the teaching methods; therefore, further study is needed to cover the weak point of the teaching materials and to meet the learners' demand and their goals. Through this process, it is expected to find out the proper teaching materials and the teaching methods, according to the learners' demands and the goals, that can boost learning.
