신 사회위험에 대한 지역사회의 인식태도와 대응기제

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper attempts to figure out the overall changes of social policies in terms of the New Social Risks and local governance system. First, it critically reviews the relevance of the Welfare State Path arguments. Secondly, a survey study was done about the welfare attitudes of citizens on the social risks and social service programs in the Busan metropolitan areas. The survey results show us that the respondents have different attitudes about the criticalness of the social risks in the Busan metropolitan areas. as well as the needy social programs. In particular, there are statistically significant differences among respondents grouped by their class consciousness on their attitudes about the responsibility of individuals and the government for their social economic difficulties. Based upon the survey results, this paper suggests the establishment of the social service governance system as an apparatus of regulation and coordination for the whole social service policy process at the local level.
