Excessive consumption of fossil fuel has continuously increased 'earth warming', and it is needed to decrease whole energy consumption. Energy consumption of not less than one-third occurs in Building, and we have to consider the importance of energy saving as the aspect of economy and environment. Especially the difference of execution methods of heat insulation in each building company enlarge heat loss in winter.
In this study we understand problems of heat insulation executing methods of apartment and office buildings and measurement of heat transmission coefficient, and analyze annual energy consumption. The results of this study are below;
1. There are much energy consumption in office building. 60 buildings(67%) out of 90 building which is builded after 1991 in Pusan examination object building was under the standard of ASHRAE Standard 90.1-1989.
2. 74.5% of 90 office building consist of light weight aggregating structure, and in 70% of the buildings window area rate is over 40%.
3. Light weight aggregation buildings have 2.04Mcal/㎥ more annual heating load and 1.62Mcal/㎥ more annual cooling load than heavy weight aggregation buildings.
4. In spandrel parts of hight weight curtain-wall structure glasses can be easy to break according to overheating of cavity caused by sunlight in summer, and it also cause enormous cooling load.
It is needed to establish the standard of energy consumption per area, standard building's wall, and energy using equipment which are representing energy performance, and to make the system to minimize energy abuse as we rationalize energy consumption of building.
