Pluronic F127(poloxamer) is well known thermosensitive material, and it has a property of sol-gel phase transition in specific temperature. We synthesized thermo-sensitive chitosan-b-F127-b-chitosan tri-block copolymer by radical polymerization. The characterization of tri-block copolymer was analyzed by <sup>1</sup>H NMR, DSC, TGA, and rheological study. The value of a solid-like behavior (elastic modulus (G`)) and a liquidlike behavior(viscous modulus (G“)) was recorded according to changing temperature with parallel plate. Moreover, its sol-gel phase transition was confirmed by vial inversion method.
