웹 기반 문서 보안 시스템 구현에 관한 연구 = A study on the implementation of Web-based Document Security System

Recently, the importance of 'Knowledge Management' is increasing and knowledge sharing or exchanging is regarded as the key value in KM. However the high valuable knowledge is ranked to the security level and it should be protected from unauthorized personnel. Therefore, it is very difficult to use and lookup the valuable knowledge. This research proposes the methodology of classifying document security with security document standard format and security document evaluation matrix. And the Document security system that implements generation, approval, modification and retrieval of the security document is designed and developed with ASP web programming language. The proposed approach enables a user to marks the security level properly and an organization to share the important knowledge in proper manner. The web-based system aids the users in making security paper and finding the knowledge in security document. As a result, we can manage the security knowledge properly and can share the contents of the security document partially with the system. In doing so, we can generate new valuable knowledge that will contribute to organization.
