다문화교육에 관한 배움학적 접근 = A Study on the Multiculturalism as the Erudition Approaches

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다문화교육의 새로운 실천적 논고를 위한 배움학 관점에서의 교육 자본화에 관한 연구이다. 21세기 포스트모던의 지식기반사회에서 다문화교육은 한국교육의 성패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 열쇠이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 현재까지 이루어진 다문화교육에 관한 연구들은 현상적 관점에만 치우쳐져 제대로 된 미래지향적인 실천적 연구는 결핍된 것이 사실이다. 배우는 것은 인간의 본능이다. 그러기에 배운다는 것은 개인의 삶과 공동체를 개조하는 힘이다. 이것이 배움학의 관점이다. 인간의 배움이 제대로 실현되기 위해서는 인간자본과 사회자본, 그리고 교육자본이 상호관여적으로 연계된 교육자본화의 노력이 필요하다. 다문화교육을 교육자본화하기 위해서는 이 나라에 머물고 있는 다문화인들을 이 사회의 중요한 인력자원으로 간주하는 관점부터 필요하다. 그래서 그들을 위한 공간, 관계 활동의 교육자본화가 필요하다. 이러한 노력은 이 사회의 발전을 약속하는 기대의 힘으로 작용한다. 배움학의 관점에서 다문화교육을 위한 교육자본화는 이미 시작된 미래이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to propose the invigoration of the educational capital for developing practical theories of multicultural education to actualize in terms of the Erudition. In the 21st century, multicultural education will be the key to achieve the successful Edutopia. But until now, the researches of multicultural education was not enough to analysis of the practical researches for the future. The erudition was the instinct of human-being. Therefore, the erudition was the power of reformatting personal and social lives. To achieve the erudition, it is necessary to establish the invigoration of educational capital that inter-related among the human capital, social capital, and educational capital. To invigorate the educational capital, we must focus on the multicultural person as one of the most important human capitals. In addition to this, we need to integrate among spaces, political relationships, and program development for the invigoration of educational capital. These should be the 'Expect' to promise the future development of Korean society.
