지역 소비, 투자, 수출이 충북 노동소득에 미치는 영향 = Influence of Consumption, Investment, and Exports in Korea on Labor Income in Chungcheong bukdo Province

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed the economic ripple effect of regional final consumption expenditures such as consumption, investment, and exports on labor income in Chungcheong bukdo Province using the 2015 regional input-output table published by the Bank of Korea in 2020.
As a result of empirical analysis, it was found that consumption, investment, and exports between regions in Korea increased the total amount of labor income inducement in Chungcheongbuk-do in the order of consumption> investment> export, but the size of the total amount induced by industry was different.
Therefore, if consumption in the Chungbuk region is contracted due to external factors such as COVID-19, it can be estimated that the sector in which private consumption is highly dependent on inducing labor income will be affected more than other industries.
Since the labor income induction coefficient in Chungcheongbuk-do is more efficient in the government sector than in the private sector, this means that the central and local governments need to take measures to stabilize the economy and stimulate the economy through increased consumption and investment.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 2020년 한국은행이 발표한 2015년 지역 산업연관표를 이용하여 지역의 소비, 투자, 수출 등 최종소비지출이 충북 노동소득에 미친 파급효과를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과 우리나라 지역 간 소비, 투자 및 수출의 충북 노동소득 유발총액은 소비 > 투자 > 수출의 순으로 나타났으나 산업별로 노동소득 유발총액의 크기가 차이를 나타냈으며, 노동소득 유발액 기여도는 민간소비 > 수출 > 정부소비 > 민간투자 > 정부 투자 등의 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 COVID-19와 같은 외부 요인에 의해 지역소비가 위축될 경우 충북 지역은 민간소비의 노동소득 유발 의존도가 높은 산업 부분이 타 산업에 비해 큰 영향을 받을 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 충북의 소비, 투자의 노동소득 효율성을 나타내는 노동소득 유발계수는 민간보다 정부부문의 효율성이 크므로 적극적인 중앙 및 지방정부의 소비와 투자 증대를 통한 경기 안정화 및 부양대책이 필요하다.
