빅데이터 분석방법을 활용한 도시재생 이슈파악: SNA 및 토픽모델링을 중심으로

This study analyzed the issues related to urban regeneration using Semantic Network Analysis and Topic Modeling. Based on the analysis results, implications for urban regeneration policies and business directions were deduced. The implications deduced from the study are as follows. First, urban regeneration policies and projects were implemented in accordance with the purpose of the Urban Regeneration Act. Second, the direction of urban regeneration-related projects was changed in the direction of utilizing the identity of the region after the enactment of the Urban Regeneration Act. Third, numerous policies and projects were implemented by interested parties to revitalize the old downtown and community. However, the interested parties perceived the expected effects of urban regeneration differently. Fourth, interest in the effects of urban regeneration has increased recently. there was a negative view on the practical effect of urban regeneration due to differences in positions on expected effects. Therefore, when promoting urban regeneration, communication and mutual cooperation among the interested parties are further strengthened. And it is necessary to promote urban regeneration after setting a common goal.
