This paper is on the study that analyzed via serendipity Busan culture. We assumed the accidental factors in Busan cultures which evolved Busan could ratify the future development of Busan. To examine this, the study was tried from two major research directions. One is a structural chance that geopolitical position has brought as a spatial aspect, the other one, as the temporal aspect, is an existential chance that era came calling. In the former case, through narrow and broad meaning of Busan structural chances Busan has from geopolitical position are examined. In the latter case, through the era distinction such as the Japanese invasion, the Korean War, and the age of the industry we examine the existential. This research showed Busan on the basis of the characteristics of Busan called resistance, marine, openness, we saw that he should strengthen the independence. Development of these of subjectivity will contribute to the features and development of Busan ), now, and will give an important opportunity to have a serendipity. Also, as was seen in geopolitical position, Busan will be brought up the forces that lead to success with the starategy of large Busan to cover the Busan and the surrounding area.
