음악의 자연성과 미적 경험의 음악교육 실천적 함의(含意) : 존 듀이 예술철학을 중심으로 = The Nature of Nature in Music and The practical Implications of Aesthetic Experience in Music Education -Focused on John Dewey's Art Philosophy-

In the John Dewey's purview man and music are in nature. Man who is living as an organic in nature is changing their life continually, and growing in reconstruction of experience interacting with nature. Not only music is the climax of experience, but also is regard with the culminating event of nature in the John Dewey's purview. Therefore the experience of music is to understand about man, and understand about nature in John Dewey's purview. The man of organic vitality could be to make out of the nature of music, to experience immediately music works which is the aesthetic crystal of music, as feeling of the pervasive quality in music, is capable of understanding about the traits of nature and the nature of man, so he could be to lead to the desirable growth of man. Therefore the practical implications in music education as aesthetic experience of music which are focused on the nature of nature in music could be simplified as the aesthetic experience of organic vitality of nature, dynamic vitality of nature, continuity with life, qualitative thought, and focused on process.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

듀이의 관점에서 인간과 음악은 모두 자연에 속한 것이다. 자연 속에서 인간은 한 유기체로서 살아가면서 끊임없이 변화하고 자연과의 상호작용으로 경험을 재구성하며 성장한다. 듀이에게서 음악은 경험의 정점일 뿐만 아니라 자연의 절정사건으로 간주된다. 그러므로 음악의 경험은, 곧 인간의 이해요, 자연에 대한 이해이다. 유기체성의 인간은 음악의 미적 결정체를 이루고 있는 음악작품을 직접적으로 경험하여 음악의 본질을 파악하고, 음악에 지배되어 있는 성질들을 느낌으로써 자연의 특성과 인간 본성의 이해를 가능하게 하여, 바람직한 인간의 성장을 할 수 있다. 따라서 음악의 자연성에 근거한 음악의 미적 경험의 음악교육 실천적 함의는, 자연 유기체성의 미적 경험, 자연 역동성의 미적 경험, 삶과 연속성의 미적 경험, 질적인 사유의 미적 경험, 과정 중심의 미적 경험 등으로 축약될 수 있다.
