부모양육태도, 완벽주의, 외상경험이 사회불안에 미치는 영향 = The effects of Parenting Style, Perfectionism, and Traumatic Experience on Social Anxiety

The review of the previous studies on social anxiety suggests that parenting style, perfectionism and traumatic experience are important factors to explaining the causal mechanisms of adolescents' or college students' social anxiety. However there are few studies investigating the relation between the factors integrally. Based on previous studies a full mediation model was proposed. This model hypothesized that parenting style would predict social anxiety through full mediation of perfectionism and the traumatic experience moderated the prediction. This model was evaluated from a sample of 668 university students by structural equation modeling(SEM). SEM revealed that parenting style predicted social anxiety by the mediation of perfectionism and traumatic experience moderated the effect of the full mediation model. The implications and limitations of this study was discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 사회불안의 취약성 요인들이 대학시기의 사회불안에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 취약성 요인으로는 부모양육태도, 완벽주의, 외상경험을 상정하였고, 부모양육태도가 완벽주의를 매개로 사회불안에 영향을 미치고 외상경험은 중재역할을 할 것이라는 완전매개모형을 제안하였다. 이 모형을 검증하기 위해 서울 및 지방소재 대학 재학생 668명(남학생 235명, 여학생 257명)을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 여기서 얻은 자료를 대상으로 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 모형검증하였다. 부모양육태도와 외상경험 척도에서 남학생 집단과 여학생 집단간에 차이가 나서 남학생 집단과 여학생 집단 각각에 대해 모형검증을 하였다. 그 결과 남학생집단과 여학생 집단 모두 본 연구에서 상정한 완전매개 모형이 자료에 잘 부합하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외상경험이 중재역할을 하는지 알아보기 위하여 각 집단별로 외상경험 점수가 높은 집단과 낮은 집단을 나눈 후 동일화 제약을 하여 검증하였다. 그 결과 여학생 집단에서 외상경험이 중재역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과에 대해 논의하고 제언하였다.
