      놀이치료 수퍼비전에서 수퍼바이지의 자기개방에 영향을 미치는 요인 = The Effective Factors for Disclosure of Supervisee in Play Therapy Supervision

      The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing supervisee`s self disclosure in play therapy supervision. The subjects of this research were 112 play therapists who have individual supervision at least three times with more than one supervisor. The results of study are as follows. First, regarding the influence of supervisee`s personal variables (adult attachment, development level) on self disclosure, it shows that anxiety is the most significant factor in self disclosure among sub-factors related to adult attachment (dependence, closeness, and anxiety). In addition, counseling strategy influences self disclosure significantly in sub-factors of supervisee`s development levels (counseling skills and techniques, humanistic and ethical attitudes, emotional awareness, case conceptualization, and counseling strategy). Second, there are influences of supervision process variables (supervision style, working alliance) on self disclosure. In supervision style, it shows that two factors influence self disclosure. The most effective factor is attractiveness and another one is task oriented among sub-factors of supervision style. Furthermore, among sub-factors of working alliance (emotional bond, task agreement, and goal agreement) emotional bond is the most significant factor and task agreement is the second one. Third, concerning the influences of supervisee`s personal variables (adult attachment, development level) and supervision process variables (supervision style, working alliance) on self disclosure, it shows that self disclosure is influenced by the following factors in order: emotional bond in working alliance, attractiveness in supervision style, counseling strategy in supervisee`s development levels, and interpersonal sensitiveness and task oriented in supervision style.
