공공도서관 청소년 진로탐색 프로그램 운영 사례 분석 -부천시립원미도서관 중심으로- = Analysis of Public Library Programs about Adolescent Career Search -Mainly the Case of Bucheoncity Wonmi Public Library-

Every Middle school in Korea has been implementing free-semester system since 2016. This system was applied to other grades as well, and demand for placement-centered career education is increasing at schools. Meanwhile, public libraries are considering how to boost teenagers` reading rate and participating rate for cultural programs. Recently, it is hard for teenagers to realize the pleasure of reading because of smart phones and private education. The purpose of this study if to understand the free-semester system and present a case of Career Searching Program at Wonmi City Library in Bucheon in order that public libraries support this system and promote the use of teenagers. This study intends to help other public libraries by analyzing how Wonmi City Library processed to vitalize the cultural program for teenagers and what was the success factor.
