기업체 자료를 이용한 고령장애인 고용영향 요인 분석 = Analysis of Factors Affecting Employment of the Aged with Disabilities Using Company Data

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors affecting the employment of the aged with disabilities. This study is differentiated in that it used company-level data, unlike previous studies that used individual-level data. A linear regression analysis method was used using survey data on the status of the disabled in companies generated by KEAD..
As a result of regression analysis, it was found that the statistical effects of the explanatory variables input into the regression model differed by age group. For 34 under age group, employment rate of people with developmental disabilities was high. For 34-45 age group, the wage variable was positive for employment. For the 55 and older group, employer support showed contributed to employment. Statistically significant variables for employment of the aged disabled include that industry, region, organizational type, company age, number of full-time workers, number of workers with disabilities, ratio of the severely disabled, ratio of types of disability, ratio of occupations, recruitment considerations, working conditions, welfare benefits, business owner support services.
As policy implications according to the analysis results, differentiated employment strategies by age group, strengthening the provision of employment services for employers and the elderly with disabilities, easing the age conditions for hiring, reducing the economic burden of employment, and expanding the internship system for the elderly were presented.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 고령장애인의 고용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 고령장애인의 고용을 활성화하기 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구는 기존 연구가 개인 단위의 자료를 사용한 것과달리 기업체 단위 자료를 이용했다는 점에서 차별성이 있다. 분석방법은 한국장애인고용공단에서 생성한 기업체 장애인실태조사 자료를 이용한 선형회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 회귀모형에투입된 설명변수들의 통계적 영향은 연령대별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 34세 미만은 발달장애인의 고용영향이 두드러졌으며, 34-54세는 임금 등 근로조건이 양호할수록, 55세 이상에서는 채용 지원 등의 사업주 지원이 있는 경우 장애인 고용에 긍정적 영향을 나타냈다. 고령장애인의 고용에 통계적으로 유의미한 변수로는 업종, 지역, 조직형태, 기업나이, 상시근로자 수, 장애인근로자 수, 중증 비율, 장애유형 비율, 직종 비율, 채용 배려사항, 근로조건, 복리후생, 사업주 지원서비스 등으로 나타났다. 분석결과에 따른 정책적 시사점으로는 연령집단별 차별화된 고용전략, 사업주 및 고령장애인에대한 고용서비스 제공 강화, 채용 시 연령조건 완화, 고령장애인 고용에 따른 경제적 부담 경감, 고령장애인 인턴제 확대 등을 제시하였다.
